Some customers who use Poly wireless headsets with certain ShoreTel IP phones have reported not being able to hear the incoming call notification in their headsets. To correct this issue, we developed the RD-1 POD Ring Detector (Part Number 78887-01), which attaches to the ShoreTel phone and wireless headset base. Note: The unit has an AUX port right next to the jack that goes to the base. That port is for the on-line indicator light. ShoreTel Phone Models Affected:
